This is an archived collection of weekly OPEN OFFICE HOURS sessions for my private members of Health Innate in Monroe, Wisconsin. Shared open office hours allows the simple act of being in community with other people. This can drastically improve your likelihood of living a long, healthy, and happy life.

These recordings are the webinar portion of the first half hour of the weekly Open Office Hours where I teach on a variety of topics (listed in the curriculum). No patients are identified or mentioned in these recordings, although we discuss lab interpretation (in general terms) and review cases. If you'd like to participate LIVE in these sessions, you must enroll in ACTIVE or DELUXE MEMBERSHIP or have a BASIC ACCESS PASS
The second half of the Open Office Hours is where the real magic happens. It's hosted in a private Zoom room, where members receive personalized support and care. We share victories and struggles and welcome peer-to-peer learning. This portion is never recorded, due to HIPAA. Note to Practitioners:
In 2023, I accepted a job as faculty with the School of Applied Functional Medicine to teach practitioners how to increase their impact and activate good medicine around the world. As a result, Open Office Hours has shifted format for my patient members to twice weekly drop-in support for immediate answers. These sessions are no longer recorded as of 2024. Your Instructor
Dr. Lara Salyer, DO, IFMCP is a functional family physician, with certification from the Institute of Functional Medicine. She writes, draws, and speaks about innovative holistic health and enjoys making education entertaining and relevant. She "colors outside the lines of a typical doctor" by breaking down complex systems into understandable terms and leaves the student with a practical toolkit to use for years to come.
